The staff were amazing. The resort is clean, beautiful and relaxing. The Spa is a 10/ Food is great!!! Margaritas are even better. We were in awe of our. For families, it was great. Our child enjoyed the (very cold) pool and kid's club. Service was pretty standard if you've ever stayed in Cancun. Address Lote , Manzana The AC went out for basically the whole hotel during our trip and although was extremely accommodating and did their best, it put a big damper in our trip to have to spend 1 of our 4 nights sleeping in 80 degree heat.
