Vallarta is known for more of a scene although Playa is gaining in rank and more and more gays and lesbians are coming. The other Starbucks on 5th Avenue and 28th Street is also a popular sitting area for guys and gals. Less so in places like NYC where there it is more common to see a guy in heels and makeup. Usually there is a small procession through town and a small bar event that day.
